Our Birthright Sovereignty is based on our bloodline lineage and determines the fact that we are the lawful Sovereigns in this Country. The Australian Sovereignty which was the British Succession was overruled by the Mabo case. First Nations Sovereignty overrules the 1901 Australia Act and anything that stems from it. First Nations Sovereignty continues to be the only Lawful Sovereignty in Australia.
