Why Legislative changes to occur in the Senate are Detrimental to First Nations
1) We will lose our Rights for a Treaty
The Inclusion of First Nations on the Constitution will cancel out any opportunity for a Treaty.
2) We can lose our Sovereign Status
Inclusion of First Nations as a preamble on the Constitution without acknowledgement of First Nation Sovereignty will amalgamate first Nations onto Australian Sovereignty and override the 'Mabo' decision on establishing Sovereignty existing under Westminister's Law.
Agreeing to this is a 'Surrender' of First Nation Sovereignty. 'The National Congress of Australia's First Peoples' set up by The Australian Government has not only Agreed to this but were instrumental in this Legislation Preamble along with the "Reconciliation's 10 million Dollar Campaign You Me Unity and the "Expert Panel" Consisting of 'The National Congress of Australia's First Peoples' Jody Braun and Les Malezer.
3) We will lose Native Title Rights
It is our Sovereignty Status that allows us to have 'Native Title' rights. Once Sovereignty is removed then Native Title can be overriden.
The Australian Government can already 'Extinguish' Native Title areas and will now have increased powers of accessing Sacred Sites.
There are 2 Native Title Bills to be processed through the Senate which will change the contract between the First nations and Government. The Government are already overriding "Heritage Listing" and will increase their powers to Mine and do whatever they please on Lands under 'Native Title. 'The National Congress of Australia's First Peoples' set up by The Australian Government' has not only Agreed to this but were instrumental in this Legislation Recommendations.
4) Racist Laws Specific to First Nations Only
"The Parliament shall, subject to this Constitution, have power to make laws for the peace, order and good government of the Commonwealth with respect to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples." This law is Racist and Discriminative and a direct attack on First Nations Human Rights on Every Level.
5) Continuation of the Stolen Generation Policy
In essence the same stolen generation policy continues but only the title name of the policy has been renamed. Legislation changes will enhance the Governments power of further removing our children by creating the Legislative Foundation to remove our Children at the Government Discretion. Legislative Changes are a Breach of Human Rights of all First Nations. A direct attack on the Survival of our Race.

The continual Closing down of Indigenous Rehabilitation Centres, Mental Health Services, Funding for Service Delivery and Community Incentives. All these points come under the International Definition and Description of the term "Genocide"
The National Congress of Australia's First Peoples does not have the mandate of First Nations People. Governor Phillip Instructions in 1788 was to acquire the 'Informed Consent' of the First Nations People.
